Day 6
07:00 Transfer to Poroy/Ollantaytambo where you will take the train to Machupicchu(**)
Be sure to be at the train station 30 minutes before the train departs.
Arriving to Aguas Calientes(town near Machu Picchu citadel) the guide will be waiting for you. then the guide will take you to your hotel and give you an explanation about the itinerary for your visit to Machupicchu next day.
Free Afternoon in Machupicchu Village. you could go to the hotsprings if you wish.
Day 7
The guide will pick you up from your hotel to take you to Machupicchu, the group guided tour takes around 2 hours. Then you can continue your visit for your own if you wish. At the end of the tour you can have lunch or if you like you can visit some museums in the village.
The train back to Ollantaytambo will leave at the time indicated on your train ticket. When you arrive To the train station in Ollantaytambo, a transfer from “Shamanic Vine Center” will be waiting to pick you up to Cusco.
(**) the departure from Cusco and Machu Picchu it will depend of the availbilities of the train.

For new patients in spiritual ayahuasca retreat, it is recommended that you take the session seriously and respectfully. By the customs and beliefs of the healer shamans.
To have clear intentions, to have faith and to keep the mind clean, to concentrate and to meditate throughout the sessions, to surrender completely to the medicine asking for the cure and the pardon.
The environments of the retreat center are very rustic try to receive it with humility and try to work on reducing our shortcomings and expand our virtues
It is recommended to abstain from having sex or masturbate a day before the retreat because it reduces the levels of physical and mental energy, that you will need to cope with the effects of ayahuasca.
It is suggested that women who are menstruating or pregnant refrain from participating. Menstrual pain and discomfort can result in a negative experience while under the effects of Ayahuasca. However, if you do not experience severe pain or discomfort, then you can participate.
Avoid using in the center of perfume perfumes, synthetic soaps.
Do not consume drugs, alcohol or energizantes.
No consuming medical or natural medicines, antibiotics, injections, pills , Vitamins, supplements, etc.
If you regularly consume medications for some treatment please inform us in advance, Diet: refrain from eating the following foods at least one week before and after the ayahuasca retreat.

Others: Food in our environment The food that we provide in our retreat center on the days of rest are made based on chicken, fish, eggs, rice, vegetables, legumes, fruits, oats, quinoa, chuño, natural teas, such as salads, smoothies, juices and Natural yogurts. It is highly recommended for the nutrient potential for brain-based foods such as seafood, and fish such as cebiche.

When to book a trek: trek permits are not required for this trek. Departure dates depend on availability of the group.
Group size: minimum 03 people, typical group size 7 – 8 people, maximum 12 people.
Hiking time will depend on the group progress and the guide can change the itinerary depending on the group progress.
